Liquids are not all the same
Water, juice, oil, honey or sauce differ in viscosity, foaming and dosing behaviour. The first question when choosing a machine is therefore always what exactly you are packing.
Thick, viscous products often need a different dosing system from thin liquids, and foaming products need a different filling approach.
Packaging format
Liquids are packed in pouches, bottles, tubes or cups, and each format calls for a suitable machine type. The film and the closure method must be compatible with the product.
If you pack food, look for materials and a configuration that meet food-contact requirements in your market.
Dosing, speed and accuracy
The volume range a machine can dose and its dosing accuracy should be checked on your product. Packing speed depends on the product, the packaging and the settings.
Ask for a test or video with a product similar to yours rather than relying only on nominal catalogue figures.
Cleaning and maintenance
Parts that touch the product should be easy to clean, especially if you change products often. Ask about spare parts availability and service support.
